BlackGradLife presents, “10 Essentials Joe Can’t Live Without.” Walk with me as I obsess over some of my favorite essentials. The problem is this though, I could whip up tons of different variations of this. I realized at the end of the day that I am a lover of cool things. So really like the pasta the possibilities are endless. Let’s dive in!

You’re Going To Want These Items If You Don’t Have Them!

Where would we be without Steve Jobs? Apple fanboy since day one so I hope this doesn’t anger any of my Android supporters. I do just about everything on this thing. Are my pinkies irrevocably damaged beyond repair? Maybe so, but that’s for future me to worry about!

I got hip to this brand thanks to the GQ box. I never looked back and that has been since about 2018. It even has SPF which btw we should be wearing that all the days in all the places. This actually hardly ever leaves my pockets unless I’m applying it.

I’ve loved altoids ever since the mango ones back in the day. Who do I have to contact to get those back on the shelves? No, I don’t think you understand I would go to war about it.

Fellas, get your scent game up in 2024. Cologne in general across all price ranges are killing it right now. I can’t gatekeep Ombre Leather though, and just Tom Ford in general…I am obsessed. Put that Dior Sauvage down and expand your horizon!

Yes, I like pumpkin scented things! This candle smells like breakfast looming. It smells like that moment where you are clearing the area in front of you so the waiter can put your waffles in front of you with ease. Peep the perfectly trimmed wicks.

Are you all using these to light actual candles? I hope you know they have extended lighters specifically for that purpose. Anyways, yeah this is just an essential everyday carry. You just never know when you might need to light something I’m just saying.

Where would we be without music honestly? I’m bias to these as I live pretty comfortably in the Apple ecosystem. Apple Music, these headphones, a new album…the plane…the cut off of the world. Noise cancelling on these is insane, but there are definitely better and cheaper options if you don’t main the Apple ecosystem.

In my last post I told you all about how movies are so in this year. I am a cinephile and I actually have a pretty big physical collection that I had forgotten about until I opened the cabinet underneath my television. I’m not begging you to run out and get a DVD/Blu-Ray player. But personally, I’m tapped in to the escape that a good movie gives.

Sunglasses or shades like I prefer to call them just magically make everything better. Not only do they help bring an outfit together, but if you’re ever in a situation where you need to hide your eyes they come in clutch. Expand that hater blocker collection.

Speedy said it best, “I’m not arguing with nobody, who hasn’t read a book this year.” These are a couple self help books, but pick up anything that suits your preference. Lot of good fiction books making their mark too if you ever want to get lost in those.

I’m not sure where I would be without my little galaxy projector. This thing does everything. I’m talking not just a light show, but it’s also a noise machine and bluetooth speaker all in one. It has become pertinent to my day to day for just calming and relaxing vibes.
